- Call us toll free at (800) 292-7768 OR fill out a Nortwestern Financial application and fax it to (734) 591-7229.
- If the application meets the basic requirements, we then order an appraisal and title work.
- Loan Documents can ususally be drawn up a few days later.
Requirements
- Hard Money loans require at least 45% Equity
- Show an ability to repay the loan
- Show an exit strategy
Approval Process
- Complete loan application
- Contact a Northwestern Financial representative to discuss:
- Property equity requirements
- Terms of loan
- Ability to repay
- Order appraisal, Title Insurance and Payoff
- Place loan with Local Representative and Schedule Closing
